Our goal at Candlelight Delights is to provide a best experience for shopping and browsing around our store. However we recently have an issue about our Candlelight Delights Insider (TM) Dashboard feature that displays an error 404 page when clicking on products from past events. This bug has been a priority for the development team, and they haves started progress in resolving the issue.

Identifying the Problem

Upon receiving reports of the error 404 page appearing when users clicked on products from past events in the Insider feature, the development team immediately began investigating the issue. Through thorough testing and analysis, they were able to pinpoint the root cause of the problem.

Fixing the Bug

With a clear understanding of the issue, the development team set to work on implementing a fix for the error 404 page. By making adjustments to the backend code and updating the database queries, they were able to ensure that products from past events would now display correctly when clicked on in the Insider feature.

 

The Candlelight Delights team has recently identified a bug within their system that has been causing some issues for users. When clicking on products from past events on the insider dashboard, users are being directed to an error 404 page instead of the intended product page. This has been a frustrating experience for both the team and their customers.

Dev Logs Revealed

Upon further investigation, the development team discovered that the issue stemmed from broken links within the system. These broken links were leading to the error 404 page instead of the product page, causing confusion and inconvenience for users. Additionally, there were some underlying bugs in the system that needed to be addressed to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Current Status and Updates:

We found the issue of the error, and it concludes that the Online Shopping sale channel was not even on. We finalized everything, and we successfully resolved the issue. Thank you Insiders for your patience.
