Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our handmade candles, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, unless the product arrives broken, damaged, or missing.
There are no exceptions to this policy.

If for some reason, your return is approved, we will change you a 10% restocking fee, and you will provide for the shipping return.

For any issue regarding a damaged or missing item, please contact us immediately at support@candlelightdelights.shop so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at support@candlelightdelights.shop. We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue.

If a return is approved due to damage or missing items, we will provide a replacement. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds for Approved Cases Only

Once we receive and inspect an approved return (damage or missing items only), we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
